Today I had a wonderful experience at The Only Facial. I especially want to thank Miki, who took such amazing care of me. She is absolutely lovely—kind, gentle, attentive, and truly dedicated and professional in her work. She gave me an amazing facial and paid attention to every little detail to make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the entire treatment. I absolutely loved the experience and the results. After my previous experience, I can honestly say that today was completely different and exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure to have my teen facial by Cameron Galban. She was very informative about every step. She never made me feel like she was just trying to get me in and out. I really like everything about this place -- the concept, the ambiance, the service, and the results. First, it's a flat rate -- there are no decisions, no upselling, no tipping. Just one price; every time. Love that. Also, really enjoy not having hundreds of dollars worth of suggested products waiting for me at the register. As for the facial itself -- it is fabulous. I see Angela, and she is professional, knowledgeable, and great at what she does. Love that it is almost like one-stop shopping for the face.

Enjoyed my first (but won’t be last, already have another one booked) facial. Analissa was very professional and checked along the way that I was doing ok. I love that there is NO upselling at all. and there is no awkward conversation about a tip either because it’s included. There was a lot to do in a short amount of time (wish they offered a longer than 60 minute version) but as my skin improves I probably wouldn’t need it anyways. I highly recommend!

The front desk staff was welcoming and offered me water and a restroom break. However, my overall experience felt uneven. My esthetician was kind, but there was no clear spa uniform and the setup felt informal. At this price point, 155 dollars, I expected a more professional presentation and a fuller treatment. The session lasted about 50 minutes and felt rushed compared to prior facials I’ve had elsewhere. The environment and check-in attire also didn’t quite match the premium feel I was expecting. I hope this feedback helps, as I’d love to see the experience match the price.

I won a free facial from here through my gym. I’ve never had a facial before, and this was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I was greeted warmly when I came in, and Kayla was a friendly and very competent aesthetician, explaining everything she was going to do and what I could expect to feel. Although this session was free for me, I like that it’s all inclusive without any upselling or extra gratuity. I would definitely come back!

I had an appointment in the area and on a whim decided to see if they had a convenient opening. I lucked out and they did! The whole staff is very friendly, and the space is clean and comfortable. Angela did my facial for me and she was just amazing! This place kept popping up on my social media feed, and when I got there I was worried that they would try to talk me into buying products or signing up for a membership, etc., but they didn't and I was thrilled!! As a matter of fact, Angela was super complimentary about my skin and told me to keep doing what I was doing, so I scheduled my next appointment for 6 weeks out and I can NOT wait to go back! She did so many treatments as advertised and my face looked and felt amazing in the end. Highly recommend that you treat yourself and go!

She makes you feel at ease and so relaxed. What i also love about this place is the follow up. They took the time a few days after to check on you and how everything is going. Much respect. FAQs

Will visiting The Only Facial cause me to breakout?

The Only Facial provides an exfoliation and detox for your skin. On rare occasion, it may stimulate a post-treatment breakout. As part of your facial, we will use a high frequency wand to control bacteria and decrease inflammation. If you have any post-treatment breakouts you can stop by to have the area treated again at no charge.

Will vellus hair removal cause my hair to regrow in a coarse and stubbly fashion?

Some people believe shaving hair causes it to grow back thicker and darker, but this is not the case! Initially re-growth after removal may feel slightly different because the hair has been cut straight across.

After the vellus hairs are removed for the first time your skin will feel much smoother, and when the hair grows back you may be more likely to notice it (even though it was there before). When your skin is smooth, your products can more easily penetrate your skin and your make-up will go on better!

How often do I need The Only Facial?

Did you know that our skin produces new cells every month? New skin cells travel from the lowest layer of your epidermis to the top layer, where they shed off to reveal healthier, younger, ‘glowing’ skin. The problem? As you age, your skin cell renewal slows down, and you begin to build up dead skin. Dead skin = dull skin.

When you come see us you can expect an intense exfoliation and detox for your skin, getting rid of dead skin, and stimulating your cell turnover rate with regular sessions to keep it turning over on an ideal 4-6 week cycle.

Come see us every 4 to 6 weeks for best results towards continued improvement in the health and appearance of your skin!

Why does my skin seem dry after my facial?

It’s completely normal to experience a bit of dryness after your facial. During our sessions, we accelerate your cellular turnover rate and slough off dead skin to reveal the new, healthy skin underneath. As a result, you may experience 3-5 days of dryness and mild flaking, which is completely normal! If you have dryness and/or flakiness, use a natural oil for hydration until the barrier function is restored.

As your skin gets used to The Only Facial your recovery process will decrease due to the health of your skin increasing!

Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?
