I had such an amazing experience at the St. Peters location, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my esthetician. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome, comfortable, and completely at ease. Since this was my very first facial, I wasn’t sure what to expect and was feeling a little nervous. She immediately reassured me with her kind personality, warm smile, and professional attitude, which helped me relax before we even got started. One of the things I appreciated most was how she took the time to explain every step of the facial. Instead of rushing through the appointment, she walked me through what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how each product or treatment would benefit my skin. She encouraged me to ask questions, and she answered every one with patience and confidence. I never felt embarrassed for not knowing something because she genuinely wanted me to understand the process and feel comfortable. Throughout the facial, she constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying the experience. You could tell she truly cares about her clients and wants them to have the best experience possible. Her attention to detail, gentle touch, and professionalism made the entire appointment incredibly relaxing. It honestly felt like the perfect way to unwind, and I left feeling refreshed both mentally and physically. The results were even better than I expected.
