To start off I’ll say that I was 5 mins late to my appointment (due to a missed exit) and I had called them ahead of time to let them know.
My two starts are for the setup. It is a very cute little spa.
That being said.
It was overpriced for the service that I received. The specialist informed me as we were proceeding with the facial that she will skip some steps as we are short on time (I was only 5 mins late) - so I was like okay fair enough let’s do that (steps to be skipped did not include tweezing brows)
At the end when we were done I asked about the brows (which were included in the $125) to which she replied oh since we don’t have enough time I’ll do your brows next time.
With me being late 5 mins she had already taken out others steps in the facial and now I was being told that we don’t have time for brows either?

I paid for a service I did not receive.

Just the overall energy of the specialist was negative. Seemed like she just wanted to get it over with and I was being an inconvenience to her.

Will not be going here again.

I wanted to have a really good experience here and even after my appointment was canceled twice hours before my appointment the manager reached out and was very apologetic & scheduled me again…I finally went in and got the facial and during the dermaplaning part the lady cut my face… I was soooo upset I’m trying to have glass skin now I’m going to a scar to deal with😫 not sure if I would return

I came in for a facial and was so impressed by how knowledgeable and caring my esthetician (Grace) was. She took the time to explain each step and answer any questions that I had. FAQs

Will visiting The Only Facial cause me to breakout?

The Only Facial provides an exfoliation and detox for your skin. On rare occasion, it may stimulate a post-treatment breakout. As part of your facial, we will use a high frequency wand to control bacteria and decrease inflammation. If you have any post-treatment breakouts you can stop by to have the area treated again at no charge.

Will dermaplaning cause my hair to regrow in a coarse and stubbly fashion?

Some people believe shaving hair causes it to grow back thicker and darker, but this is not the case! Dermaplaning will not cause the vellus hair on your face to grow back thicker or darker. Initially re-growth after dermaplaning may feel slightly different because the hair has been cut straight across. Dermaplaning does not affect the hair growth cycle.

After the vellus hairs are removed for the first time your skin will feel much smoother, and when the hair grows back you may be more likely to notice it (even though it was there before). When your skin is smooth, your products can more easily penetrate your skin and your make-up will go on better!

How often do I need The Only Facial?

Did you know that our skin produces new cells every month? New skin cells travel from the lowest layer of your epidermis to the top layer, where they shed off to reveal healthier, younger, ‘glowing’ skin. The problem? As you age, your skin cell renewal slows down, and you begin to build up dead skin. Dead skin = dull skin.

When you come see us you can expect an intense exfoliation and detox for your skin, getting rid of dead skin, and stimulating your cell turnover rate with regular sessions to keep it turning over on an ideal 4-6 week cycle.

Why does my skin seem dry after my facial?

It’s completely normal to experience a bit of dryness after your facial. During our sessions, we accelerate your cellular turnover rate and slough off dead skin to reveal the new, healthy skin underneath. As a result, you may experience 3-5 days of dryness and mild flaking, which is completely normal! If you have dryness and/or flakiness, use a natural oil for hydration until the barrier function is restored.

As your skin gets used to The Only Facial your recovery process will decrease due to the health of your skin increasing!
