The Only Facial is where it’s at. Don’t have to worry what service fits your needs, because they do all of them. Chloe was amazing, friendly, thorough and made my experience wanting to go back.

Candy was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and so sweet. This was probably one of the best and definitely the most informative and extensive facials I've had! I really like how everything is included in the price, including the tip. It is such a cute shop. I was a little worried with it being connected to a few food places that it would smell like food but I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't 😅 I made my next appointment and I am already looking forward to it! If you are thinking about booking, do it, book with Candy she was so fabulous!

I had the best experience at The Only Facial! The space is so cute-everything is pink and the vibe is so relaxing. Melynda gave me my facial and she was fantastic. She walked me through each step of the process and gave me great suggestions on how to better hydrate my skin at home. I was also really impressed that there was zero upselling — just honest, helpful advice. On top of all that, the pricing is so reasonable for the quality of service. I already booked my next appointment with Meylinda for 4 weeks out. Highly recommend!

As someone who has received many facials in the past I was very unimpressed and disappointed with my visit at “The Only Facial.” The overall facility was very nice but lacked the professionalism of a med spa. The employees were in casual wear, and no scrubs or uniform attire. When I got into the room for my facial they didn’t have me change out of my top and proceeded to give me my facial with my shirt on which later stained my shirt. There was no relaxing spa music and instead they had pop music playing overhead. During my facial I was not informed about what products were being used on my face. To find out after my facial that Cera Ve products were used. This made my face break out and caused some hives to form on my face and neck. If I had known this before I would not have gotten facial here. When receiving a facial I am expecting high end/high quality products especially is the facial is $140. During my hour long facial my skin was dermalplaned 3 times which took up half of the appointment time. The cleanse was some water on a cotton ball, and I’m not even sure if red light was used at all. It seemed that all was done was dermalplanning, a massage with a mask on my face, some bacteria treatment, and some water and moisturizer. This is not a $140 facial, and it is insanely over priced.

I had the most relaxing and cleansing facial! It was the perfect mix of deep exfoliating and gentle pampering. They do so many steps so you feel like you’re getting a lot for the price. I will definitely be going back.

Melynda at The Only Facial is THAT girl! 😍✨ I had my facial with her yesterday, and I’m still raving about the experience! She was so kind, made me feel comfortable the entire time, and took the time to explain everything she was doing while teaching me things about my skin along the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does and wants you to leave feeling good, confident, and more knowledgeable about your own skincare. And her VIBE?! 10/10! 🧖🏽‍♀️💕 She made the whole experience feel welcoming, relaxing, and fun.
