Had such a great experience at The Only Facial Spot! It’s rare to find places that genuinely take care of you and take the time to understand your skin. Que was super helpful and sweet, and made me feel completely comfortable. The facial was amazing, and my skin felt so clean, smooth, and refreshed afterward. Couldn’t have been more pleased with my facial and overall experience. Skin care can be overwhelming especially when there are so many options out there. I love the only facial concept as they care for your skin based on its needs and their expertise. Regina was my esthetician and was fabulous. You can tell the owner carefully selected her staff. My aesthetician, Quanisha, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to understand my skin and explained each step of the treatment. Easy process from booking to check in! Felt so welcoming and relaxing. It was my first time and I had Emaleigh; she was fantastic ensuring she knew my current routine and taking extra time to hear about my concerns. Followed up immediately after my appointment via text with product recommendations that I had asked her to help me with. Beautiful location! Just an all around pleasant experience. shocked by how much I LOVED it. The place was impeccably clean yet also warm and inviting. Regina was an absolute doll (10/10!) and explained each step so well and efficiently. I already can’t wait to go back for my next! Also.. sounds silly but I really loved that there was only one option and tipping was included. Takes some of the unrealized mental load off?

This was my first ever facial. Destiny thoroughly explained every step of my facial. I found it so relaxing. Facial room was so comforting and calm. I could have easily gone to sleep.

Que was OUTSTANDING!!! So kind, patient and most importantly, knowledgeable! I have been dealing with problematic skin for nearly 2 decades and Que somehow became the catalyst to change that all around. I have these pock marks from acne as a teen that never went away and this is the first time I've seen them start to diminish. I also didn't realize my skin was perpetually dry, dehydrated and irritated until Que worked her magic. And believe her when she says the true results start showing after a week! The initial glow was great but seeing that smoothness and clarity really shine through later? *chef's kiss* I already booked my next appointment with Que. 100000/10 recommend Que!
