Today was my first visit to The Only Facial and I had a great experience. My aesthetician, Grace, came highly recommended and lived up to the hype. She’s super knowledgeable about skincare, look thoroughly into my routine and the products I am using so she could customize the perfect facial for me. My skin is absolutely glowing! She even gave me some products to take home with me to help with recovery and even reached out post-treatment to check in on me. I can’t wait to go back.

I had gotten a facial weeks back. I did not enjoy it and thought it was not for me. My face was burning and had been aggressively dry shaved. I had small cuts on my face and my hair had gotten cut in a lot of places from the razor. When I was leaving the girl asked me what day I would like to return. I nicely told her I would not like to book another appointment. She booked me another appointment anyways. I just got an email yesterday saying if I didn’t come for my appointment my credit card would be charged. I called and canceled but I should not have had to even deal with that if the girl wouldn’t have token it upon herself to do what I asked her not to do.

I had a great first visit and knew not long into the process that I would be back. Already scheduled my 2nd appointment. I already feel like my skin is reawakened and I look forward to seeing the progress after more visits.
