Okay… The Only Facial officially has a new customer because WHAT?! 😍 This was my first facial EVER, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I had read the reviews before coming and everybody was hyping this place up… and I can officially say THE REVIEWS DID NOT LIE! Lauren was AMAZING from the beginning. Since she knew this was my first facial, she walked me through everything step by step and explained what she was doing, what she noticed about my skin, and made suggestions without ever making me feel like she was trying to sell me a million things. I really appreciated that because I had questionssss 😂 and she made me feel completely comfortable asking them. And then once we got started?! BABYYYYY. 😂 Lauren created the most calming, relaxing experience EVER. I literally went from wanting to know what she was doing every five seconds to just laying there enjoying my life. 😂 The entire experience felt intentional, peaceful, and like I was genuinely taking some time to do something for ME. The location itself is SO cute, clean, feminine, and welcoming. The pink decor, the little details, the atmosphere… everything just fits the experience. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and wondering why in the world it took me 38 years to get my first facial. 😂 Lauren, you definitely have a new client! If you’ve been reading the reviews wondering if The Only Facial is really that good… YES. Book the appointment. And if you get Lauren, you are in GREAT hands! 💕✨

I arrived at 8 AM and was greeted by the beautiful Chloe, who ended up being my facialist for the day. She was absolutely incredible. I don't have a single complaint. She walked me through every step of the treatment, telling me what she was doing before she did it, including when to expect any tingling or irritation. Even the extractions, which are usually the part I brace for, she handled gently while still getting the job done. Effective and efficient without ever feeling rushed. She also sent me out with real guidance. Which products to use, which ones to leave alone, and how to care for my skin over the next week. That's the kind of thing you don't always get. Here's my honest take. Plenty of places will add a facial to their service menu. This is a place that does facials, and you can feel that difference on your skin. I highly recommend The Only Facial in North Dallas, and I highly recommend Chloe specifically. Tell her I sent you. I'll definitely be back.

Emily was my tech and she was awesome! I’m an African-American/ Black American woman and my results were amazing! My skin was glowing! If you have sensitive skin, be sure to tell them so that they use the mildest chemical peel! My apologies it took me so long to write my review lol! I’ll definitely be back! 🫶🏽🩷🫶🏽

Visited this spot last week for the first time. Alex was my esthetician and she was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything, customized my facial for my skin and followed up with me after the facial. My skin has never felt so smooth. I’ve already booked my next appointment. It’s just like their adds indicate; no pressure to buy products or join a membership. No tipping. Oh and the place is super clean and beautiful. 10 out of 10!

Wait a minute...So, you are telling me there is a place that provides facials that doesn't try to sell me yet another line of products I probably will never use? Also, has tip already included in the price of the service? Yes, that place exists! But wait, they are going to try to talk me into some subscription right? Absolutely not! This place is exactly as advertised, and they cover all of the bases. Have some Billy goat hairs? They will dermaplane 'em. Face texture more uneven than a Texas highway? They have some microdermabrasion for you. Just need to relax? They will give you a nice face massage. Read about their 11 step process. They really take care of it all. The atmosphere is so cute and light. The aesthetician consults with you to address your skin concerns and makes a facial just for you. They even gave me a small aftercare pack with instructions so I know what to do. How easy is that? I've already booked my next appointment. Endorse this place 1000%

I had a fantastic facial here by Shelbi! She was so knowledgeable about my skin. I am really looking forward to my next appointment! Also the inside of this place is so cute! I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new spot for your skincare.

Absolutely loved my experience at The Only Facial! Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire treatment. She explained every step and was super knowledgeable when it came to products/ ingredients. I love that they incorporate multiple modalities into one facial. I also love that it was custom to my skin needs, especially being so sensitive. My skin has never felt so soft and refreshed! Couldn’t recommend Taylor enough 🤍 Can’t wait for my next treatment!

Great facial for my rosacea reactive red skin! Alexandria packed so much into this facial. The signature facial is customizable. I got my rows cleaned up, exfoliation, microblading, high frequency wand. Lymphatic massage. I am very happy with the service.
