This was my first visit to The Only Facial, and I can confidently say my expectations were exceeded! From start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful. Olivia was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to understand my skin history and concerns, answered all my questions, and explained each step of the facial along the way. And let me just say, her hands are absolutely magical! My skin was glowing when I left and still looks amazing several days later. I also really appreciated the little touches, like receiving a take-home care kit with product samples and helpful aftercare information. Booking online was a breeze, and the availability of evening appointments was a huge plus for someone like me who works full-time during the day. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience! The level of customer service, attention to detail, and genuine emphasis on self-care really set this place apart. 10/10 experience, and I will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to The Only Facial yesterday. Not only was the spa clean and pristine, Kade, my esthetician, was so knowledgeable and friendly during my entire visit. From a smile in the lobby to being so client oriented in the treatment room, I felt so taken care of the entire time. I definitely will be back to see her soon!

I got a facial with Kade today and she was absolutely lovely! She was very good at explaining everything into detail of why she was doing things and how they worked! My skin feels great and I am very pleased. She made it so easy to be vulnerable in the chair and feel comfortable!

I recently moved to the area and wanted to get established at an Only Facial location, and the Edwardsville location has been so welcoming! I have a pretty stressful job, so having this little bit of self-care built into my routine has been exactly what I needed. Tia is an amazing aesthetician, and I always look forward to my appointments with her!
