I had such a great experience with Lexie at The Only Facial. This was my first facial and I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but I loved it. The space was so clean and cozy. Lexie was super sweet and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable the whole time. The facial massage was so amazing and my skin looked and felt amazing afterward. She gave me a water bottle at the end and the little gift bag with aftercare instructions, cream, and an oil.I already have my next appointment booked and I’m already looking forward to it.

I had always been pleased with facials I had in the past at other businesses, but was I wrong! My experience with Haley was amazing. I can hardly believe that I can see such a difference in just one appointment. I’m 65 and I didn’t go in because of wrinkles or fine lines, I went because my skin just felt grubby and my pores were very noticeable. After my appointment my pores were much tighter and my skin was hydrated without feeling greasy. Also I love the fact that they just do everything for one price with no up-sales and tip is already included. Can't wait to go back!

My experience at the The Only Facial was super satisfying. I received the visit as a birthday gift from a friend who happens to be a regular here. I went in knowing that my friend has had a consistently great experience. It’s a flat rate service with gratuity included. The booking and check-in was smooth and quick. There’s an initial consultation questionnaire that was online and easy to fill out. My technician was a wonderful young woman named Stephanie. She was highly trained and knowledgeable about the various products and procedures involved. She tailored the process based on my skin’s needs. The facial was soothing and relaxing. I almost went to sleep when Stephanie was massaging my face. She was very precise about the after care and what to expect the next few days. She even texted to enquire about my well being the next day or if I had any questions. I actually had a great result. My face was actually glowing soon after and the brightness continued. I would highly recommend this establishment and encourage everyone interested to find how wonderful it is for themselves.

I have had a lot of facials at several different places. This is by far my absolute favorite! The place looks amazing, the products are so gentle on my skin. Haley is so skilled and so professional.
