Oh my gosh I loved Katya! She was so kind and so great at her job. I loved how she spoke to me and educated me but didn’t push me on ANYTHING she is awesome at her job. I love this place!!! Srsly!!!

Excellent experience at The Only Facial on Westheimer! I love how simple and uncomplicated their system is.. one facial, excellent consultation and execution, and no push or upsell to purchase a product line. True consultation based on skin and products you use already, and great advice and recommendations on what to add to your routine. Emaleigh Muehsler was my Aesthetician, and she was exceptional. I have finally found a facial a love and will make this a part of my regular routine.

What and totally unexpected delight! I have had a variety of facials in many places. This one was probably the most unique experience I have had. Que did an amazing job of all 11 services included in my facial. I love the single pricing, their no tipping policy and the fact that they don’t try to sell me their products. I have already made my next appointment.

The best facial I have ever experienced! It’s the full package and Celine was wonderful. She explained everything and was very considerate of my comfort throughout the facial. I’ll definitely be back as a regular!

I love the only facial concept as they care for your skin based on its needs and their expertise. Regina was my esthetician and was fabulous. You can tell the owner carefully selected her staff. My aesthetician, Quanisha, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to understand my skin and explained each step of the treatment.
