I’ve been seeing Jenna at The Only Facial for a while now and have been really happy with my experience there. The space is clean, comfortable, and inviting, and Jenna is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really takes the time to pay attention to what my skin needs. One of the things I appreciate most is that they don’t sell skincare products. There’s never any pressure to buy something at the end of an appointment. If Jenna thinks there’s a product that would actually benefit my skin, she’ll simply send me a link so I can purchase it myself. I really value that because I know her recommendations are based on what she thinks will help, not on making a sale. My skin always feels great after my facials, and I genuinely enjoy going. I’m very happy I found Jenna and The Only Facial and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a great facial in the Cincinnati area.

Megan is soo exceptional .. provides comments of the service being done, provides samples for aftercare and now after 3rd visit seems to know what really improves my skin and tone.

I’ve had many facials throughout my life, and my facial with Robin was truly one of the best, absolutely top-notch! Her skill and technique are incredible, especially the way she follows the lymphatic drainage system throughout the treatment. I left looking like I’d had cosmetic work done! My face was noticeably smooth, and glowing. Robin is exceptional at what she does. Her face massage had me almost dozing off a few times and I never do that! Absolutely amazing!
