My skin has never felt so good!!! This was my first time coming, and definitely not my last. Emaleigh did my facial, and she was amazing. Explained each step for me and what the purpose was. And did I say my skin feels absolutely amazing??

The absolute best facial I’ve ever experienced!

It’s the attention to detail that made my experience extra special. My esthetician was Regina and she had calming energy from the moment she greeted me in the lobby. She explained every step in detail and she even said that she knew I had already answered questions in the intake form but wanted to review them 1 on 1 in person with me. I thought that was very personable. The atmosphere is calming and soothing. The facial started with Regina asking me to take a deep breath in and exhale out as well as a therapeutic pressure touch on my shoulders. That grounded me and prepared me for relaxation. The facial was thorough and the massage was amazing! I will be going back in about 6 weeks which is what Regina recommended and I agreed. I can’t wait!😁

Oh my gosh I loved Katya! She was so kind and so great at her job. I loved how she spoke to me and educated me but didn’t push me on ANYTHING she is awesome at her job. I love this place!!! Srsly!!!

Seriously the most functional and useful facial I've ever had. It includes everything you need (and didn't know you needed/wanted) but none of the extra time filling steps.

Excellent experience at The Only Facial on Westheimer! I love how simple and uncomplicated their system is.. one facial, excellent consultation and execution, and no push or upsell to purchase a product line. True consultation based on skin and products you use already, and great advice and recommendations on what to add to your routine. Emaleigh Muehsler was my Aesthetician, and she was exceptional. I have finally found a facial a love and will make this a part of my regular routine.

What and totally unexpected delight! I have had a variety of facials in many places. This one was probably the most unique experience I have had. Que did an amazing job of all 11 services included in my facial. I love the single pricing, their no tipping policy and the fact that they don’t try to sell me their products. I have already made my next appointment.

Regina is an absolute QUEEN! 👑 She was so informative and answered every single question I had. Couldn’t have been more pleased with my facial and overall experience. Skin care can be overwhelming especially when there are so many options out there. I love the only facial concept as they care for your skin based on its needs and their expertise. Regina was my esthetician and was fabulous. You can tell the owner carefully selected her staff.
